Cancellations
We process orders very quickly—often on the same business day. Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us immediately after placing your order via our contact page.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, you may return it within the legal 14-day cooling-off period after receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. In that case, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be unused and undamaged;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged;
- Unauthorized returns or returns sent outside the allowed period may be refused or may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will inspect the item within a maximum of 10 business days. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund process.
Please note:
- It may take up to 40 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank;
- Refunds are issued in euros (€), according to the original purchase. Any currency exchange or bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer;
- Shipping costs are not refunded;
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery via email and include clear photos of the damage. We will determine whether you are eligible for a free replacement. Damage to the packaging without a defect in the product does not qualify.
Product safety
Always use our products as intended and follow the instructions on our website. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use. If you experience complaints or discomfort, stop using the product immediately and contact us.
